traineeship at
Signature Foods?
At Signature Foods, we start a new batch of trainees every two years. Are you (almost) graduated and ready to explore the world of food business at one of our brands such as Johma®, Kaastengels® and Heks’nkaas®? Then our Management Traineeship is your springboard to impact and growth. In two years, you will develop into a fully-fledged professional within one of our specialisations – with real responsibility and visible impact.

Commercial track
In the commercial track, you will work on the visibility and growth of our brands. This includes category management, marketing, sales, and product innovation. You will contribute to ensuring that products such as Johma®, Kaastengels®, and Heks’nkaas® find their way to millions of consumers.

Supply Chain Track
Within the supply chain track, you'll optimize our processes from raw materials to finished products in the supermarket. You'll work on logistics improvements, production planning, and process innovation, ensuring our products reach the shelves efficiently and sustainably.

Finance Track
As a Finance Trainee you will delve into the figures behind our business. You'll contribute to reports, analyses, and financial projects that directly impact Signature Foods' strategy. You'll ensure the business can make decisions based on the right insights.

Flex Track
Do you want to develop in another field such as IT, Purchasing or HR? The Flex Track offers a tailored approach: you choose the direction that suits you best. You'll have the opportunity to build specialized knowledge while simultaneously gaining a broad understanding of the dynamics of FMCG.

What does the traineeship look like?
About us
For two years, you'll hold two full-time positions with real responsibilities. So, you won't be a bystander, but an indispensable link within our company.
You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to participate in important projects and presentations.
You'll work at various locations, each with their own products and production processes.
You'll participate in training courses and develop both your professional and personal skills. We want to get the best out of you by constantly challenging and empowering you.
